Salt of the Earth’s 2012 Michigan Beer & Wine Dinner Series Continues Wednesday, May 16 with Founders “Pork Barrel Project” Dinner
(FENNVILLE, Mich) – Join us for an evening of all things pork…and beer…as Salt of the Earth and Founders Brewing Company present the “Pork Barrel Project” Dinner on Wednesday, May 16 at 7pm.
SotE’s Executive Chef Matthew Pietsch and Guest Chef Norman Valenti of Plum Market, Bloomfield along with Founders’ co-owner, Dave Engbers, merge their creative forces for an incredible five course dining experience.
