You missed a couple of must-eats in GR, specifically East Town. For breakfast, Wolfgang’s is a must. And Yesterdog for lunch or after the bar is heavenly. Give them a shot next time you’re up there.
As weird as this sounds, I don’t really like hot dogs. I’ve actually stood outside at Yesterdog before thinking I have to suck it up and just try it. Still haven’t.
As for Wolfgang’s, I’m not usually in town for breakfast. Some of my co-workers rave about the place though and I should find a reason to be in the area for breakfast someday.
Little Africa on Fulton near Diamond is Ethiopian food I’ve been known to make the drive for, alone.
Wyoming, MI has a gem on Division called India House; the owner was kind. The food was amazingly fresh. We were visiting relatives and ordered take-out in the evening to feed the family…fabulous.
